God is a very generous person. He surely does give what we always pray for. But, the way He works on these things for us is never the same way we always thought about.

When we pray, we keep asking for numerous things, but ask yourself - what have you accomplished so far, in order for God to grant you what you keep on praying for?

As someone so generous, God wants us to be very generous to others. It is through this that we can receive more from Him than what we can imagine. God tells us we do not have no excuse not to give, because He, himself, is not selfish on giving the best things in this world to us.

And when you give, you shall receive plenty. Your life will be full of greatness and blessings from God. He will repay you a thousandfold because of your generosity - if not today, then it will be on the next day or two.

This reflection is based on what I've learned from today's talk by Bro. Bo Sanchez at The Feast Bay Area. I also like to point out the Formula of Abundance that he shared to all of us to ponder and be our guide towards financial success:

100-10-20-70

...wherein:

100% in devoting your life for your passion (example, serving God, supporting your family);

10% in GIVING to God and to those who are in need;

20% in investing for your future (stocks, insurances); and

70% in your daily expenses and necessities.

Also, give even though you are in scarcity! For you will someday be repaid double.
