Poverty Mindset vs Prosperity Mindset

Do you know someone who says "mahirap lang ako", "hindi ko kaya bilhin yan", and "manlibre ka naman oh!" to you?
Such people have what Bro. Bo Sanchez calls as Poverty Mindset. According to him, it's about ultimately depriving oneself with all the good things, or blessings, that God has to offer, especially to the things we really desire to have. In other terms - one rejects God's ability to pour His blessings to his/her life.
God doesn't want us to have this kind of mindset, but rather, to have an attitude and thinking that we are all capable of receiving His blessings, which is then called as Prosperity Mindset. This is about saying to yourself that you can get something you really want, and believing that you can afford it. God will surely make a way for you to have it someday.
I remember the days that I have the Poverty Mindset - depriving myself of the fact that I can buy new stuff for myself and my family, always reasoning out that "I'm poor" and "I cannot afford that". But as I look at myself now, I realized all the things I thought I couldn't buy before - clothes, shoes, gadgets, basic needs and gifts for my family, and many more, I have them now!
And I believe there is more yet to come into my life. Because I'm now employing the Prosperity Mindset in my daily life, and I'm not running away from God's blessings that are chasing me.
I hope you will have a Prosperity Mindset too! Live in abundance of God's wonderful blessings!
