"Do you not know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?" 1 Corinthians 3:16

This morning, me and my fellow scrum masters discussed about ways on how we can know we're growing in our role. To give background: my day job is a scrum master. My primary goal is to ensure that the teams are working harmoniously as one team. Sounds pretty cool right? But it's a very challenging job.

During our conversation, we talked about our frustrations in the job. I had my fair share of it since I am in a position where I'm supporting four (4) teams. All the possible challenges from productivity issues to managing stakeholders, people who don't get along well to failing projects; name it, I probably got it.

Despite all these things, I wonder how I managed to still be here, alive and kicking. Those things were not easy to handle, but I survived. How? Through the grace of God. I believe that He was there to carry me and ignite the fire within me to fight. I've gone through the darkest of darkest times in my life yet the Spirit tells me to keep going. He is with us all the while. It's a sign of Him telling us that He's here and He's using us to fulfill a mission that can help spread His love.

It took me a long time to realize this; and it's about time for us to keep this in mind for always. God is here to guide us, to love us.

Lord, thank you for the opportunity You've given me today. I know I may not have all the time in the world to do everything but You still guided me finish my tasks. Please forgive me for any shortcomings I have.
