"If this day you only knew what makes for peace — but now it is hidden from your eyes." Luke 19:42

Whenever I see the word peace, I'm reminded on how I was months ago. I was lost with a broken soul, shattered feelings and wandering aimlessly. I felt like the world hates me. I felt pressured, judged, anxious and worthless.

But God didn't believe that. One night in my room, I just prayed and cried to Him, "Lord, I don't know anymore! Take over!" And it was when I felt life filling my entire being. The moment I released all my emotions related to this war within me, I felt His embrace, assuring me of a life well-lived. 

Because life is a beautiful thing. Life is a gift from the Lord. We may make mistakes and it may take a huge toll on our life. But it's okay. It's okay to make mistakes. It's okay to be anxious. It's okay to be frustrated. Why? Because this is the time we learn. And do you know why life is more beautiful than how I described earlier? Life gives us tomorrow. 

Tomorrow is a new day to move forward. A day to correct our mistakes. A day to start anew. A day to find peace.

Father in Heaven, Lord, thank you for giving me today. Thank you for blessing me with abundant teachings from the Kerygma Conference today. Lord, I may have missed days of reflecting and I ask Your forgiveness. Please speak to me and continue to guide me to live the life You want for me. Amen.
