“Beloved, we are God’s children now; what we shall be has not yet been revealed. We do know that when it is revealed we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.” 1 John‬ ‭3:2‬

"I am now following Jesus. I want to be like Him someday. That is why I read the Scripture, I go to church, reflect and pray everyday."

More often than not, when people hear this, they will automatically raise an eyebrow and say "Really?". In the world today, it is hard to convince people about how sincere you are in following Christ's teaching. It is because what is currently happening in their lives crushed their hopes.

Let us be the light of hope to these people. In every action that we do, no matter how simple, let us extens God's promise to them. 

We are the children of God, everyone of us. We are all made for greatness.

Lord, thank you for your promise of love and salvation. Help us extend this message to our loved ones. Amen.
