Have you experienced being pruned? What resulted from the pruning?

If I would describe my entire career as a scrum master, everyday is pruning. I felt pain each day because I'm made to do things outside what I'm used to. Before, I do not talk to a lot of people but because of the role I was obliged to. I was forced to understand different personalities and be the better person even when things get difficult. Why? It's because I am made to bridge the gap, not push people farther away from each other.

When things don't go the way you want to, trust God. He knows what he's doing. He knows what He wants for you. Though pruning may be equivalent to pain in our language, without it, we can't grow. If God didn't push me to my limits and talked to people, I don't think I'll be a different person from two years ago. Yeah, right now, I didn't expect that I'd be this contented with myself.
